Benchmark is a web based application which gives result indicating an organisation's positioning vs. average and world-class performance and levels of best practices deployed. It also identifies performance gaps and issues and actions that need to be addressed with graphical output.

The application can perform comparisons verses average and world-class performance. By focusing more on the metrics, it analyses best practices deployed. The Individual result remains private to each participant.

Application provides complete flexibility to redefine benchmark questions, parameters, benchmark standards, and integrates it with workflow and organization hierarchy with powerful user management. It is architecture to cater to multiple clients using it for running multiple benchmarking surveys and analysis.
