Brief Description

This Real Estate Showcase Management website was developed to offer online registration and trading of real estate properties. A customer (buyers or sellers) can browse through different types of properties and their details and express their interest in a particular property.

• Content management including real-time image upload and database search by country, asset type, usage, price range and expected annual yield using advanced search.

• RSS Feed compatibility.

Functionalities

• The property seller contacts the administrator who adds a property on the site.
• The administrator can assign a tag to property as Hot Property (maximum three hot properties are displayed on homepage).
• A user browses through the site and contacts the administrator to express his/her interest in a particular property.
