This infrastructure management and support service was provided to one of the most highly regarded live hotspot content provider companies in the U.S. The scope included comprehensive 24 X 7 remote infrastructure management service, involving 18 servers using different platforms, databases and applications. This well-tailored service helped them maintain a secure infrastructure for smooth functioning and constant availability of IT infrastructure.

- 7 Web servers with load balanced (5 production and 2 staging servers)
- 1 Download server (production server)
- 1 Image server (production server)
