Offshore Delivery

‘The Offshore Model is ideal for clients who do not have enough IT staff for a particular project and require skilled, responsive resources, and cost–effective scalability to achieve deadlines. This model is also suitable for support, or maintenance, or research projects; for example, a design and development project where face–to–face interaction is not required, or can be satisfied by video conferencing or online interaction. The Offshore Delivery Model can supply resources quickly and is affordable and cost–effective for all budgets. This model does not require the client to make sacrifices. While the team is working offshore, client and supplier communication and documentation is appropriate and timely so that the project is always on t rack and the client always has the most current information.

The model is well–suited for small and medium projects and for long–term development, support and maintenance needs. Clients who require 24/7 service or support and cannot provide the staffing, can outsource these services or support during particular hours of the day. By leveraging the time zone variation between continents, the organisation can successfully address coverage requirements using our Offshore Delivery team. This offshore support is economical and allows the client to cover operations overnight or at other times of day, thereby reducing client operational costs while providing optimum support.’

Onsite Delivery

The Onsite Delivery Model is perfect for repetitive or open–ended projects that require close coordination with the client. In this model, the client is assigned one or more dedicated professionals with appropriate skills and knowledge. This team will remain onsite for a particular phase of the project, or for the entire project, as is appropriate to the unique requirements of the client and the nature of the project assignment. The Onsite Delivery Model leverages our experience, skills and quality resources and our client–centric approach to deliver a customized fit for every client.

Our team members can fulfill various roles including project manager, team leader, consultant, programmer or any one of numerous other roles, as appropriate to the project. Our team members function as a true extension of your staff, transitioning smoothly into pre–existing and new project or business teams. If your organisation functions on a collaborative level and you must coordinate business, technical and stakeholder interests, our team members can help! We do not consider ourselves visitors at our onsite client locations. We are fellow team members, trusted advisors and stakeholders in the success of the project. Your satisfaction is our success. Hybrid Delivery

The Hybrid Delivery Model combines the best of both worlds. Elements of the offshore and onsite delivery models are incorporated to provide unique development, programming, project management, support or maintenance services in a way that specifically addresses the client project and needs. For example, the client may require a dedicated, onsite team during a particular phase of a project, while other activities or tasks may be performed in our Offshore Development Centre (ODC), e.g., feasibility, research, development, testing or support. If the teams are working in tandem, the onsite and offshore team members will work collaboratively to ensure that all tasks are performed in a timely and affordable fashion and in a way that provides, quality, value and focus to the client.

This model is results oriented and it is designed to be dynamically responsive to the project and to the changing needs of the client. The hybrid delivery model is staffed by team members who are skilled in managing tasks across disparate time zones and in remote collaboration.
