A UK-based internet community and eDemocracy solutions provider asked Elegant MicroWeb to design and develop an event management and networking system to allow users to get information on events, register for events and invite others to events. The primary objective for the software solution was to facilitate event management with easy to use systems to manage exhibitors, event calendars and participants, and promote pre-event and post-event dialogue and collaboration.

The Elegant MicroWeb team worked closely with the client from concept through design, development and implementation to design a framework and solution with robust features and functionality. Features include new event creation, user management, CSV import, extensive reporting, configurable email templates, administration and password generation, and user communication and registration.
