Elegant MicroWeb helped a UK-based consulting and software company reengineer tools to serve a well-renowned clientele including the Scottish Parliament, Welsh Assembly, Harvard University Law School Global eParliament Project, the UK Department of Trade and Industry and more than forty other local authorities. These consulting and software tools are designed to promote innovation in idea management by providing easy-to-use tools to share new ideas, rank and rate, brainstorm, debate and facilitate communication.

To complete this project, Elegant MicroWeb provided in-depth redesign and reengineering services as well as Cloud migration to Microsoft Azure. Because the business clients were dependent on this platform for ongoing activities, it was crucial to provide a seamless transition of data and application functionality and features. The project also required multilingual support to ensure that the business could manage labels and messages through a resource file using an easy interface for administrators. The Elegant MicroWeb team worked with the business to ensure robust application security, and a worry-free migration and transition and help the business to reduce hosting and management costs.

A UK-based internet community and eDemocracy solutions provider asked Elegant MicroWeb to design and develop an event management and networking system to allow users to get information on events, register for events and invite others to events. The primary objective for the software solution was to facilitate event management with easy to use systems to manage exhibitors, event calendars and participants, and promote pre-event and post-event dialogue and collaboration.

The Elegant MicroWeb team worked closely with the client from concept through design, development and implementation to design a framework and solution with robust features and functionality. Elegant MicroWeb provided concept and strategy services, architectural and technical framework design, development, and implementation and product maintenance and support, as well as upgrades and enhancements. Features include new event creation, user management, CSV import, extensive reporting, configurable email templates, administration and password generation, and user communication and registration.
