Elegant MicroWeb built and implemented a solution to allow customers to download the mobile app or utilize their browser to access the client portal and access services. Client customers can register, browse through services available in their area, see rates and estimates for a particular service, schedule a service and pay online. The solution also provides full administrative backend control to administration staff to manage and track customers, field personnel, availability, allocation of tasks, invoicing, orders, and configuration of dynamic pricing based on customer postcodes. Security Guard & Route Tracking BLE-Based Beacon App for India CPVC Pipe & Fitting Manufacturer

The enterprise is a large manufacturer of CPVC pipes and fittings with factories located across India. The client serves millions of residents and contractors, providing quality plumbing products and services with production facilities across India, supplying plumbing systems, drainage systems, agricultural plumbing products and industrial and electrical conduit pipe products. The client needed an application to track security guards employed at various facilities, and to mitigate ongoing theft issues experienced at these facilities. Every security guard is assigned a specific route and route frequency to ensure that all key security points are covered during the shift.

Elegant MicroWeb designed and developed a BLE-based beacon security monitoring solution with an easy to use interface to configure routes and frequencies for each guard. The beacons register guards passing by and confirm guards positioned and passing by at certain checkpoints and this data is submitted to the central server to produce standard and exception reports for management review. This project resulted in improved security, and productivity, reduced theft, and a seamless checkpoint and guard tracking process.

A New York watch manufacturer and distribution company engaged Elegant MicroWeb to develop an application for one of their watch models. The goal was to provide a fast, dependable connection between the watch and a customer’s smart phone for real time web access, activity tracking, music, and camera control. The Elegant MicroWeb team worked with the client’s teams in the U.S., Hong Kong and China to ensure quick, accurate delivery of a quality product and services.

To accomplish this goal, Elegant MicroWeb worked with the client to understand requirements and created a functional and technical roadmap for application development. Interactive Salesforce1 Platform iWatch Integration

A business with locations in the U.S. U.K., India and Australia asked Elegant MicroWeb to assist them in creating a streamlined, easy-to-use interface and integration with Apple Watch (iWatch) and the Salesforce1 platform. This company provides products. In order to meet the client goals, Elegant MicroWeb had to overcome numerous challenges, including design for a small screen with a limited area for user interaction, as well as ensuring stability of sequencing so that the iWatch app could consistently render data from the Salesforce1 platform.

The business also wished to include pie charts, bar charts and line charts on the iWatch, and provide Salesforce1 authentication workflow, as well as standard layouts for 38mm and 42mm iWatch screen sizes.
