Majorly the tool has been able to impress the apex team of the company as its ability to display lots on details on a single screen has got their attention. Using Smarten’s multi-tenant framework, we were able to move to a cloud-based solution, and provide stable, uninterrupted analytics to our customers. We are happy to work with their support team and to see continued improvements and new features in Smarten.
